We ship via vetted couriers (GIG Logistics, DHL Nigeria, and our own dispatch riders for Lagos). Tracking number is sent to your email and SMS within 24 hours of dispatch.
Shipping outside Nigeria is available via DHL Express. Rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination — typically $45–$95 USD for a single Emu Oil bottle or charcoal jar.
Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. We declare the actual product value on the customs invoice; we do not under-declare to dodge duty.
Delivery time: 5–10 working days to most countries.
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus return shipping). Email [email protected] with your order number to start a return — we will email you a return label.
Opened products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (skincare and personal-care category). If a product arrives damaged or defective, photograph it and email us within 48 hours — we replace at our cost.
